Children’s Activities in Cambridgeshire
Come rain or shine there are always plenty of things to do in this area to keep the little ones entertained.
We’ve all had those rainy weekends when you are tearing your hair out, stuck for something to do with the kids. Thankfully there are a growing number of Children’s activities in Cambridgeshire that cater for rainy day entertainment.
In particular the rise of indoor play centres, such as Cheeky monkeys in Fulbourn, and the new Funky Fun House in Cambridge are good examples of these.

On sunnier days there are plenty of outdoor Children’s activities in Cambridgeshire such as Wimpole farm and their fabulous petting zoo that lets your children get really up close and personal with the animals.
If your children are fans of Thomas the Tank Engine we would recommend a trip up towards Peterborough and the Nene Valley Railway. On certain days of the year your children can fulfill their dreams and take a ride on Thomas himself through the 'haunted tunnel' and back. It truly is a great experience for all the family.
